1. Purpose

CO.MODE helps you manage your wardrobe and suggests context‑aware outfits (weather, calendar).

An account is required. You are responsible for your credentials and the accuracy of information.

You retain ownership of your content (photos, descriptions). You grant us a non‑exclusive hosting/display license to operate the service.

Personal use only. Prohibited: unlawful activities, rights infringement, unauthorized access attempts, or service abuse.

A free plan is available. Paid plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime in your account.

We process data according to our Privacy Policy. You have rights to access, rectify and erase.

Service is provided “as is”. We strive for high availability and timely resolution of reasonable incidents.

CO.MODE, its logo and content are protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or business interruption.

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you and you may cancel before they take effect.
